The challenge

FFABB Homes, a Canadian furniture brand known for its curated and contemporary pieces, came to Branderah with a clear objective: scale their paid advertising efforts across multiple platforms without compromising profitability. While they were already active on Meta, their campaigns were underperforming, and they had yet to tap into Google or YouTube as potential revenue streams.

Their internal team lacked the bandwidth to restructure and manage paid campaigns at scale, and the brand needed a partner who could not only deliver immediate performance improvements but also build a long-term, scalable foundation for growth.

The Strategy

Branderah began with a full account audit of their Meta campaigns, identifying gaps in creative performance, audience segmentation, and optimization strategy. From there, a 6-week performance sprint was launched, focused on a multi-platform rollout:

- Meta (Facebook & Instagram): Creative refresh with new hooks, lifestyle imagery, and optimized copy. Cold and warm audiences were separated for more efficient spend.

- Google Search: Keyword strategy based on purchase intent, product categories, and competitor targeting. Conversion tracking and smart bidding setup.

- YouTube Ads: Short-form video creative highlighting FFABB’s craftsmanship, customer testimonials, and best-selling designs.

We also introduced a unified UTM tracking framework to better analyze performance across platforms and worked closely with the client’s in-house marketing team to align ad content with seasonal promotions and inventory shifts.

The Results

- 112.4x ROAS on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

- 13.7x ROAS on YouTube Ads

- 6,920% YoY increase in Paid Search revenue

In addition, FFABB saw an increase in assisted conversions across organic and email channels due to higher brand visibility and remarketing engagement.
